This programme is fully subsidised for eligible participants with a family PCI of $1,600 and below.

Participant Eligibility

Open to single Indian mothers with children aged 5 to 18, who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents, with a family Per Capita Income of $1,600 and below.
